Data we collect

Only what you type into our forms (first name, email, optional phone, message, quiz answers, reviews) and messages sent to the “Tell us about your project” assistant. No accounts and no advertising cookies. Only with your consent (the “Accept” banner) do we measure traffic with Google Analytics 4: page views, visit length and country, with no advertising use. You can change your mind at any time via the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page.

Purposes and legal basis

Answering your requests, putting you in touch with a provider if you ask, alerting you to sessions, checking and publishing reviews and listings. Legal basis: your consent and the performance of your request.

Recipients and processors

Netlify (hosting and forms, USA), Google (Google Analytics, only if you accept, USA), the AI model provider behind the assistant via Netlify AI Gateway (Anthropic, USA), OpenFreeMap (map tiles) and Google Fonts (fonts), which receive your IP address when pages load. Transfers outside the EU rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US framework. Your data is never sold.

Retention

Requests and contacts: 3 years after the last exchange. Published reviews: while the listing exists. Assistant conversations: not kept beyond handling your request.

Storage in your browser

The site stores your quiz profile and display preferences locally (localStorage) on your device; you can clear them in your browser.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability: write to contact@headspacontact.com. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
