Method
- Manual collection of the price of each salon's cheapest head spa session (entry price) and its length, from its official website or online booking page, on 25 and 26 October 2026.
- No data from Google Business Profile or customer reviews. Temporary promotional prices are excluded.
- Median rather than average, so a few extreme prices do not skew the result. Price per hour = session price scaled to 60 minutes.
- Limits: the sample covers salons that publish their prices online; small businesses without a website are under-represented.
